Special Education Consultation & Advocacy
Expert Witness
Dr. Sims provides special education consultation and advocacy to parents of school-aged children. Dr. Sims will guide you through the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) process and help you advocate for the necessary services for your child utilizing a collaborative approach. If you need assistance in the being of the process or once your child is receiving services, we are here to help.
Dr. Sims provides speech-language pathology expert witnesses services. She can testify, consult and provide litigation support on speech-language pathology and related issues such as Adult & Geriatric Communication, Aspiration and/or Aspiration Pneumonia and Precautions, Attention, Cognition & Communication Functional Capacity Evaluation, Dementia, and Dysphasia (Swallowing).
